John, I have never been able to do what you are asking for via FTM. Save to computer has always been an online feature only, as far as I know. The only thing I have been able to do is to display the image on as much real estate of my 25" screen as possible and do an Apple Screen Capture. Thank you Apple!!!! This, of course, works fine for both pages. But resolution suffers some. And this would not be necessary if they would just bring back "SAVE TO MY COMPUTER". Judy, I think the FTM Web Search inside of FTM actually can be considered on the web, and download to computer used to be there. As it is sometimes now. Sometimes meaning they choose not to hide it for no explicit reason, not letting the use know why it is not there.
