Russ and BJ, Thank you for the responses and suggestions. Unfortunately, neither of the suggestions have corrected the problem. I ended up deleting the most recent problem person and then re-entered her. I can now paste copied facts to her without any problems. Hopefully, there won't be too many more of these problem people.
