Thank you all for your comments. I'm sure others will chime in as the Western Hemisphere greets the sun. What I'm looking for are specific examples of what doesn't work for you. If I were the programmer (heaven forbid!) what would you ask me to change? What's my punch list? What don't you like about the look of the interface, or the custom report, or whatever it is you don't like? And there's no reason to limit this discussion to v. 16 users. What about those who dumped FTM altogether and went to another program? What pushed you over the edge?
