    3. After your message, I tried the link. I was able to download FAV.EXE. It is 20 mb so it took some time with my slower internet speed but it eventually completed. I then installed it with no problems. One word of caution, after it has downloaded, the progress window sets there for about 30 seconds as though nothing is happening. I left it alone and it eventually began processing. The FTM Archive Viewer was eventually installed. I'm running under Windows 8.1 Pro.
