Ali, The Name Fact can be used multiple times. But, in your earlier example, isn't "Eileen" "also known as"? You would enter her name as Patricia Eileen Smith The add the Fact AKA and put "Eileen" in that field. When doing Charts and Reports, you might want to include the AKA as part of the name options.
