Unfortunately, the FTM 2012 book suffers from the same fallacy as all FTM books have suffered - there are certain types of reports which are not included at the book level. Endnotes for everyone in the book is one of those. As Russ points out you can include sources as Endnotes as a part of each chart and report but there is no way to tell the Book feature to incorporate all sources associated with each report/chart in the book. If you include sources in each report/chart, the unlinked sources are also included. By " unlinked" sources, I talking about source-citations which do not have a Source Title linked to it. Thank you, BJ. I'll see if I can do the work-around. I had not noticed the ability to put Endnotes on the individual reports.
