Thus, I add the source immediately to the other facts and don't have to scroll though the hundreds of sources. For example, I have a new source that I want to use for the name and age facts. I add the source to the name fact. Then, for the age fact, I select 'use existing source citation'. The source I just added will be highlighted and I can link to it. ~~ Barb
