I tried to open my FTM2012 last night and got a box that said it needed to update with no choice to not do it. I clicked the update and my screen went dark and the computer froze. I had to reboot. I tried again today with the same results. So now I basically can't use my 2012. Any suggestions? Is there a website where I can download the upgrade so I can bypass the "you need to upgrade" screen? Make sure you launch FTM2012 as administrator. What OS are you running?
