Publish>Person Report>Data Error Report It is then important to look at Errors to Include in the RH editing panel and select the errors that you wish to focus on Otherwise you will get pages and pages of likely errors You also have the option (like in all reports) to limit the report to immediate family (of the focus person) all individuals or selected individuals which brings up the normal FTM Filter Here is a challenge Run the DER for all people and pick a single error. Repeat it for the next error category Other than missing dates the aim is to have ever option with zero errors John D -----Original Message----- From: ftm-tech-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:ftm-tech-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Cynthia Whittington Low Sent: Saturday, 17 December 2011 2:51 PM To: ftm-tech@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [FTM-TECH] Mac Family Tree Maker 2: Data Errors Report bugs Hello.... Then when such reports are run, it won't flag it, and you won't have to "blanket" turn off looking for that bug. Of course you should be able to run a report that does show the bugs you have overridden so you can check on that periodically. Otherwise, I think a large collection of data *should* fail some sanity checks. But you get to say if a specific item is sane or not. John
