Ali, As long as everybody knows everything, I would list the subject with the name he goes by under both the biological parents and the adoptive parents. A note of explanation might be in order, as well. If it has then I've missed it. Over 40 years ago a family member gave her child up for adoption. Five years later, she married the father of the child and they went on to have two more children. Now after all these years they have all found each other and the secret was revealed. Now I'm pondering on how to enter this child into the family tree? He has a new surname and a family of his own. Suggestions please.
