If you ever want to create a custom report showing, for example, all the people who are buried in Oswego, New York, you will not get an accurate report if you have more than one entry for that place. This is generally the rationale for maintaining a clean database of any kind. It's extremely useful for analyzing your data. Judy in Ocala.
