    3. BJ and John D., As we have been talking about and identified a couple of different Place name problems today, do you suppose that Ancestry is aware of either one of them? And how do we get to the people who can fix the problem? Is there someone we can send samples to? Jay Thompson just an old genealogy nut too tough to crack. ________________________________ From: BJ <bhamilton3@cox.net> To: ftm-tech@rootsweb.com Sent: Sun, December 4, 2011 8:58:18 PM Subject: Re: [FTM-TECH] Several problems with Places in FTM 2010, 2011 and 2012 The problem is the program is generating duplicate place names for no reason. 2. Well- Duff Wilson at Ancestry would know who could fix it- although I don't think anyone at Ancestry can as I believe their PNA is provided by a third party. -----Original Message----- From: Thompson Jay <jaydarlene@sbcglobal.net> To: ftm-tech <ftm-tech@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sun, Dec 4, 2011 8:15 pm Subject: Re: [FTM-TECH] Several problems with Places in FTM 2010, 2011 and 2012 BJ and John D., As we have been talking about and identified a couple of different Place name problems today, do you suppose that Ancestry is aware of either one of them?
