    3. Thank you for trying the experiment. What version of FTM are you using? What you describe is exactly what I'm experiencing also.     3. Thank you for the information. Jay, About the only thing I can suggest is for you to completely uninstall FTM 2012 and try reinstalling it. Others are not encountering the problem with FTM 2012 build 388. You are encountering the problem with a new file so I think that eliminates having a problem with your file. The only thing left is with the PNA feature and you may have a bit of corrupted code or other conflict in the feature or the PNA. Hopefully, uninstalling and reinstalling will correct the problem.
