I mean you click the Media option in the tool bar. This is the list of options immediately below the list of work areas across the top of the window. E.g. Plan People Places Media Sources Publish Web Search <--(work areas) File Edit View Media Tools Help (second line are Menu items) | | This is the one to click. I clicked on Media and Paste was not available nor did the media appear. I could see the Categories, but only for media already there. Since your example above shows to click on View, I tried that too, but that brings one to the Media view - as Ctrl+4 would do. There must be something *I* am missing, but I am confounded with this today! I intend to try Tech Support by phone tomorrow. Thanks for everyone's help and ideas. John Okerson
