What version of FTM are you using? What version of Windows? How big is your file? Has it just started to happen? How are you trying to backup? Have you tried to open as a new file, the backup that has been created? And when I open FTM it tells me that the file closed improperly and that I may have to compress it. I compress it till there is 0% compression, but I notice that there is in fact a new backup file that was created. Does any one have a clue as to what may be going on and what to do? > >Ken Schroeder >********************************** >List information page >http://lists.rootsweb.com/index/other/Software/FTM-TECH.html > >Online Support for Family Tree Maker >Version 16 and earlier >http://pastftm.custhelp.com/ > >Version 2008 - 2011 >http://ftm.custhelp.com/ > >------------------------------- >To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to FTM-TECH-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
