Well thank you for the compliment but I learn things from this list all the time. That's the main reason I stay with it. Often it is often difficult to duplicate the problems because we can't find the right records. While I don't remember seeing this particular message before, I have encountered similar types of problems. Normally there is a change made to the record layout in either the Ancestry.com data base and it gets implemented before the corresponding change is incorporated into the FTM layouts. Or sometimes it is the converse where FTM has the change before Ancestry.com implements the change. This seems to be one of those times. It is also difficult to track down because it is one type of record but the problem blocks other records also. Others can't duplicate the problem because they simply aren't encountering the one type of record which is causing the problem. This is the reason it is important for everyone to comment on their experiences without casting any blame. That way the individuals trouble shooting can see what is working and what isn't working.
