As best I can tell within 2012 (I never had 2010 nor 2011), one can go to the History tab at the bottom left when an Index is showing. Then, as long as you are in a current session, the most recent person on whose record one made a change would be highlighted. I have NOT tried closing the file and restarting to see if the History survives, yet. If, as I suspect, you want to go to someone who you worked on a few hours or days ago, said History file might not work for you. *I* do NOT know, but it should be worth a try! Let me know, please.
