I use Carbonite and haven't regretted it. I've had to restore 2 different computers from the backups. The only flaw I've found with Carbonite is that I have to force my large FTM files to file down to their servers before I shut down for the night - a matter of waiting 10-15 minutes. This isn't a big deal as far as I'm concerned. I also use free Carbonite at home and use paid version on 5 computers at work. They have been the most reliable of the ones I have tried over the years. We also b/u all computers to their own portable hard drives as computers down. Call me over protective but have lost enough data in years past and learned the hard way. Derrell
