Hi, I have an HP G72 Notebook 64 bit w/ 4 GB of RAM. It has Windows 7 Home Premium. When I insert a cd it makes it's usual noises & stops. The computer doesn't seem to recognize any cd, i.e. music or data. Is there a way to determine whether this is a software or a hardware problem? Thanks in Advance, Phil
