Thanks, BJ. I assume that doing this changes the Fact Properties permanently, or until such time as I wish to make a change. I, too, tend to use Date, Place and Description for all Facts. Yes the change is permanent (at least until you change it again ;-) ) The interesting thing is these field may have data from FTM 16 or other reasons. The contents of the fields are stored even if the field is not displayed. This does not affect the Reports. Russ had the correct solution for the Reports.
