Linda and John, I am in the same situation, my specs FTM 2012, Vista Home 32 bit, 2G Ram ,2.0 Mhz Dual Core. I can copy a JPG image from Firefox, Paint Shop Pro X2, etc paste into word or anything else by Ctr V, Rightclick etc etc but when in FTM regardless of how I try or what option Paste is greyed out and cannot be selected. File is not privatized. Has 11400 people, 23533kb in size and 138 media items. There must be something somewhere that I am missing. There does not appear to be anything in the Tools > Options. I can copy a media item from FTM and paste into Word etc but not the reverse. Peter
