Hi all. I know this has been addressed before but I had ordered my new FTM 2012 for delivery to Florida. My credit card was debited but no program. Please tell me how to get a hold of them to resolve this. Thanks Regards, Jerry
It does seem to be a bit difficult to find someone to contact. I eventually found this statement on Ancestry.com/Customer Service. "If for any reason you need to speak with one of our customer service representatives about your credit card statement, ordering by phone, or if you are aware of fraudulent activities, please call us at 1-800-262-3787.
