Yes, I understand. I have been using the Web Search in FTM 2012 and clicking on the leaves with no problem. Linda, Using Ancestry.com, whether from AOL 9.5, IE 8 or Google Chrome works just fine. BUT the Green LEAF is within FTM 12. That is not working. I haven't tried 11 yet, but when I had the RUN TIME error earlier this week it was an Ancestry problem and took them almost all day to correct. In a message dated 11/5/2011 7:35:27 P.M. Linda, Why do you keep replying about how great things are going for you and telling us all of the things we are doing wrong to get an error message from Ancestry.com saying they are shut down for technical problems. I am glad that things are working for you, but they aren't working for lots of us all day long. Since some of us are able to use it while others are not able to use it, there must be something other than FTM 2012 or even Ancestry.com at work here. All any of us can do is relate our own personal experiences at that particular time. At this time I'm not having any problems with the search. It is working for Public Trees as well as for Census, WW I Draft records, WW II Enlistment records. It may be certain paths between the Server and the user may be experiencing problems and delays.
