It continues to be a problem for you? I have been using the web search on and off all afternoon with no problems after my first search turning up blank. I did a second search and subsequent ones immediately after with no issues. Have you tried rebooting your computer? I just sent an e-mail to Ancestry. Of course they won't get until Monday and no answer until Tuesday. This is the second problem with the Green Leafs this week. I was experiencing the problem with a blank search window. Since the grandkids have been playing games all day, I decided to reboot. After rebooting, I still encountered the problem for a moment but it is working properly now. It looks like they had some type of problem but have it fixed now. The search seems to work when the search contains only "personal trees" but if the search includes two or more Source documents, i.e.: census or birth records etc, I cannot get in. I get the screen with the "please try again later" statement. This all started when 2012 began arriving. I still use 2011 and do not want to install 2012 until my tree information has been cleaned up. I am about 80% done with that.
