    3. Ali, Dropbox is a file sharing application. I use is all of the time. First, you have to sign up at www.driopbox.com. You then download an application. It will create a file sharing folder on your PC. When you save files in that folder, a copy of that file will also be put into your account folder on the web. For example: I put my current presentations into that folder. Lets say that I am going somewhere to give a presentation and my PC crashes. Not to worry, I have access to the Web Version of that same file. I have a project that I am working on with another person. I "Invite" that person to share a specific sub-folder, and put tiles in that folder for this other person to access. Any time I update any files in Dropbox the web folder gets updated, and IF I am sharing a file or folder with another person their dropbox folder is updated as well. I get a notification when the "other" person updates the file in dropbox. For Family Tree Maker, you can Back Up to Dropbox, giving you a Back Up copy of that back up "On line". It's not free, but a small fee, but it's for File Sharing. Works great. 3. Russ, You can get 2 GB for free just for signing up for Dropbox. Also, you can earn more free space by inviting others (once they have signed up you receive another 500 MB) and also following some of the suggestions they make for a total of up to 8 GB of FREE space. So the potential is there to have up to 8 GB of free space before ever having to sign up and pay for space. To be clear for those who may be interested, you do not need to provide anything more than an email address and a password to get the 2 GB free space.
