    3. I am new to the 20XX series of FTM. I tried creating a Pedigree Chart and added Facts to suit myself. The one I have a problem with in particular is Military Service. My expectation was that the line containing Military Service: would ONLY appear when there was data in that field within the record. In fact, it appears for every person, regardless of their Military Service data. Descendant chart, Hourglass chart, Vertical Pedigree Chart do the same thing. I can understand it for Birth, Death and Marriage, but .... Anyone have a solution? Happy Thanksgiving to ALL! John Okerson Memphis, TN

    3. John, The Military Service Fact had 3 entries: Date, Place, Description. If any of those three fields have information in them, then the Military Service Fact would be displayed. Are you saying that EVERYONE is your Chart are reflecting Military Service? Do you have the Display if Blank checked in the Items to include screen?
