Jerry, To Consolidate Multiple Online Accounts, please go to this website: http://gen.custhelp.com/ In the "Question or Keyword" box enter 1738 and you will be taken to a Knowledge Base Article that will help you. Please let Technical support know the URL's of your User Home Page(s) and an indication of which you wish to keep or that can be removed. If you mean Ancestry.com, you will have to call Custer service. They were able to do that for me.
