After waiting 21 days 2012 arrived today. Refused to load 2011 information. LOVED FTM 16. Ancestry tech's tried everything. Finally had to upload FTM 2011 TREE to Ancestry, then download from Ancestry. Still in process after an hour. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I received FTM 2012 last Friday and it loaded the program and converted the 2011 data base with not problems. I run Windows 7 and have 28K people in my data base. G. E. "Robbie" Robinson Meridian, ID 83646
