Been there, done that. There are at least 3 of us with this problem over on the Family Tree Maker message boards that have experienced this intermittent problem. It seems to clear up by itself. Some sort of Ancestry glitch, I imagine. Hi there, A similar thing happened to me today with no maps on FTM2012 - FTM 2011 was ok - closed FTM2012 and opened again Maps ok, however it did tell me no FTM 2012 tree was available (nonsense) so I just clicked on one of the trees shown as it was ok.
