Same problem. I went to firewall and specifically added instructions to allow FTM 2012. That did not help. I tried lowering the internet speed. That also did not help. I had to reboot to get access to the internet through FTM 2012. All of my other programs had their normal access. It started last night, and still not working this morning. FTM does not even open the Dashboard this morning. BUT, 2010 and 2011 the Dashboard opens and logs in. Ancestry must be having major server problems. BUT, I can click on a "Hint" (leaf) and the 'About blank" opens and then the hint list is displayed. I am also getting the following when going to a Ancestry.com forum with FTM open. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- "It appears that you are logged in on another computer. We weren’t able to log you in to Ancestry.com because your account is currently being used on another computer. Your Ancestry account provides a single-user license and can only be accessed by one person at a time." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- We ran into this during BETA and it took a day or so to fix.
