The other choices in that drop down window are NOT available in any operating system. Which ones are available depends on the item selected. If you were to choose a Genealogy Report, any of the three kinds, you would have all of the options except CSV available. If you were to choose Birthday Report - mind you I am doing this from FTM 16 - you would have all 4 options available. A gentle suggestion for your consideration is to allow the update to 16 from 2006. There isn't much difference between the two, but there is a little. Both 2006 and 16 use the same file format, so that doesn't change. Before you do so, be sure you have your 2006 CD handy just in case the installation fails. John

    3. John, Version 16 is a more stable version than FTM 2006 and has a larger capacity for notes - the main reasons for upgrading to version 16 from version 2006.
