I received my copy of this today and it included the 2012 software, the Companion Guide and an additional disk labeled with Family History Toolkit and Photo Explosion Album. This extra disk and the guide were part of the "Complete" package offered for an additional nominal fee. I installed 2012 and then inserted the disk for the additional tools and was surprised to find it was identical to the 2012 disk. The label was different, but the contents were the same. So I now have 2 copies of 2012. I called Ancestry and they were happy to correct the error. Because the shipment is part of a set, they are shipping me the entire set again. I will now have 3 copies of 2012, 2 Companion Guides and hopefully one copy of the additional software. I was wondering if anyone else came across this anomaly, and if they may have miscopied a large number of disks. Howard
