No, I have not received the email. For some reason I never get emails from Ancestry about FTM, even though I own both FTM 2010 and FTM 2011. However, the 40% discount is advertised on their website as well: http://goo.gl/zbNv5. It only applies to pre-ordering *upgrades* to FTM 2012. The discount for pre-ordering the software if you are *not* upgrading is 20%:http://goo.gl/BaSg2. There is a way to get an even bigger discount. Contact me offlist if you wish to know more.
