I followed some prompts when I first opened the software and thought I was on the way to downloading my online tree, however I do not see a progress bar anywhere and my 'Current Tree' panel remains empty (although it does have the same name as my online tree). It shows 0 people, 0 marriages and a file size of 299 KB, when I click on More... it crashes and I have to restart it. I have clicked on the leaf symbol in the top right corner and selected 'Download from Ancestry'. It shows my tree, says it is linked to a tree in FTM, but under Actions it says 'No action available'.
