At that time whenever I clicked on a leaf which had "Possible Matches" the page would come up with the headings only, everything else was totally blank. This even occurred on leafs I had previously gotten matchs with and had merged the information with my tree. I called FTM/Ancestry and was told they knew about the problem and were working on it but it has now been over 2 weeks they have supposedly been working on it and I am still having this problem and cannot use the site or software at all to find or merge files.
