Hopefully someone in management is, but even if they aren't, they should be aware of the problems, because I sent them to their Executive Office, who responded, "We have forwarded your suggestions to our developers for further review and consideration. In regards to the customer service received, we have forwarded your email to their managers for further review and evaluation." So hopefully they'll get the bugs worked out soon.
