I'll follow up on your suggestions. Too bad Ftmm does not do what it is supposed to do, doesn't seem too much to ask. When I talk to the support teams they are nice, helpful about sending emails to tell me how to......except it is always remove and reinstall....give me a break...AND none that I have spoken to have even looked at the message board.
