You can always delete the one that is not synced, or keep it around until you have your issues resolved. Where did you look for the 'transcription'? It should be in the Notes field for that person. (People Workspace, Person View, Notes. (the tab across the screen near the bottom) If they aren't there, look at the Fact, where that image is, and look at the Citation Notes. If it was a picture of a Headstone, and you have that linked to a Burial Fact, look at the numbers on the right side of that Fact line. If there is a number in the 3rd column, then click on the Notes Tab in the Right Hand Panel. The formatting does not come across very cleanly. You can Copy that information, and Paste it into the Notes for that person and clean up the formatting. Then Sync, and the notes should appear better online.
