Life's too short. I now fire up the Mac version each morning in the hope that there has been an upgrade that might have fixed things. I have reverted to the Windows version, running under Parallels. It's ironic that the Win version, running under Parallels on Win XP in only 2Gb of RAM is so much faster than the Mac version running in the remaining 14Gb of RAM.
