It will sync ok and then the next time I go into the FTM Mac2 version program the tree will be un-sync'd from ancestry. I can go out to ancestry.com and see that my tree is there. I'm wondering if this is an issue with larger files. I have over 13,000 in my tree........it's very annoying to have to re-upload, re-sync the tree on a daily basis as it takes over an hour to sync the tree and all the media files. I also have an issue with the program that I can no longer sort the children by date of birth. Seems to me that FTM rushed this program to the public without fully testing the product. I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support the other day and I'm still waiting for responses to my email inquiries. One response that I got was to delete the duplicate tree from ancestry.com this does not solve the problem at all.
