I have been playing with it for several days since it arrived, and I am experiencing a CRASH about once an hour. This is unacceptable! I have reported every crash over a 48 hr period, but have not received one reply from FTM or Ancestry! I would at lease like some assurance that they are working on the problem and will send updates to correct the crash issue. So far, nothing. In addition, the Places portion of the program needs lots of work. When I try to resolve a place name that only includes the county and state, it wants to insert a city especially if there is a city that shares the same name as the county. For example, I have Sacramento Co., CA and when I hit the resolve key, it places Sacramento, Sacramento, California, USA into the place field. I don't want the city of Sacramento, but just the county. The program won't cooperate! I'm not willing to upload my information to online yet until I can be assured that the program is mostly bug-free. Come on guys, you can do better than this!
