Zero (0) in the 3rd column means no Fact Notes. There are also notes for Citations. Please go to the Publish Workspace, select Peron, then Individual Report. On the RH Panel, Left most ICON is the Item to Include and use the Notes Check boxes. Do you see your other NOTES in the report?
