In your AMT or within FTMM-2? All I got out of your message was that you have 307 Items in the Gallery, 268 Photos, and 39 Stories. But how many Media files in the Media Workspace? At the bottom of the Center Panel? Where are you seeing the Blue Box and Magnifying Glass? Please be specific, because with the Tree Sync feature that are two places to see these items.
