However if I use Ancestry Mobile in the meantime FTM will not sync after this. Conversely, if I use Ancestry Mobile after a FTM sync, then Ancestry Mobile will not sync. This would suggest that FTM2 and Ancestry Mobile are not compatible with each other between syncs and each writes something to the on-line tree that stops the other from syncing. This happens even when I log out of Ancestry on-line before using the PC or mobile programme. Any ideas, or does Ancestry know what is going on?
