I am trying to merge the census record from the 1841 Middleton Yorkshire Census for Richard Hotham and family however, contrary to other census records I have merged I am only presented with his name and not the other members of his family. I really don't want to perform a separate merge for each member of the family. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? If it's not a bug, what's my best option?
