I can't seem to make FTM use one or the other consistently. It seems to randomly pick one. I'd like to use the new advanced viewer most of the time. As an example, I loaded up a census record and received the standard viewer. I switched from 50% zoom to 100%, 150%, and 200%, but all showed the standard viewer. Then I switched back down to 150%, 100%, and then 50%. When I switched to 50% again I picked up the advanced viewer. Sometimes this works when switching to 100%, 150%, or 200%. There doesn't appear to be any logic to when it switches. And then it'll switch back randomly. If I page through a census or other multi-page record FTM seemingly randomly picks the standard viewer on one page and the advanced viewer on another page. This makes browsing through pages cumbersome. Is there someplace I can set a preference to always use one and not the other? I'm using the latest FTM 2 21.2.3 on OSX 10.6.8 Thanks, David Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
