According to my "About" box, my current version is 21.2.2.415, which assuming your first two numbers are merely transposed, would mean that you're missing fixes that were recently added to the .415 drop. Updating to .415 did help me some, in that the failures are LESS frequent. But of course they still occur. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
