Choose the time you want to perform a sync. -Quit FTM -Go Home, open Library > Preferences > find com.ancestryfamil..Share...plist, and com. Ancestry.Familytreemaker.plist, move both of these to your desk top. -Fire up FTM If this resolves your issue, trash the 2 plist's on your desk-top.
