There are a number of features in FTM2012 that are not in FTMM-2. For example, between FTM2010 and FTM2011, there were 100 new "features". Most of them were minor. FTMM-1 does not totally equate to FTM2010, but it's close, FTMM-2 only added the TreeSyncT feature and the Blended Family feature. But, please keep in mind that FTMM-1 and FTMM-2 are new.
