Although when syncing changes from FTM to Ancestry I get the change log message first saying 'changes are needed to bring the two trees into sync' - this then completes and I have a message saying the changes have been saved. However no changes are ever applied to my online tree. I have emailed tech support, but if anyone does know of a fix I'd love to know.
